Like an additional reviewer said, after you blow and tie them, rub them on something staticky (I used a filled animal) and it spreads the particular confetti =)Great merchandise! Easy delivery, and quick delivery time. Perfect for 1st birthdays, celebrations, party's, and complications. Had fun gold groups in the center that put into their appeal. Great make and sturdy feel.Need to rub it against one thing for static to trigger the confetti to stick for the sides of the balloon, however overall they were beautiful! A few of the balloonshad a white film and others were more apparent.
