Here's the deal. Took these types of balloons to a party store to have them filled with helium. Yes, the glitter sinks to the bottom of the balloons, however if you rub typically the balloon with your sweater to build some static electricity, then the glitter will stick to the sides and it looks great. The downside is these do not stay filled for long. Concerning 5 hours after stuffing, they were noticeably deflating. Inside of 7 hours they were on the floor.
