Here's the deal. Took all these balloons to a party store to have them filled with helium. Yes, the glitter sinks to the bottom of the balloons, however if you rub the balloon with your sweater to build some static electricity, then a glitter will stick to the edges and it looks great. The downside is these do not keep filled for long. With regards to 5 hours after completing, they were noticeably deflating. In 7 hours they were and incapacitated. Overall, great/cute balloons should you blow them up Ahead of you need them. Otherwise, they're type of a hassle.
