I had bought the pack of 15 for a bash. Once I was in the retail outlet filling them with helium they immediately started to pop as the clerk was filling them. I had blown one program regular air it sprang as well: (. Only a pair of the balloons made it towards the party and popped inside the first 2 hours. They can be very pretty but sadly did not hold any air flow.These were great for my daughters First Birthday Party. One thing to notice, the company i used to fill them said they could not make use of the Hi-Float in confetti balloons so they did not stay blown up as long as the other balloons but that wasn’t a problem for me. As long as you time the fill up properly in regards to your celebration you should be fine.Very Let down. I had these balloons loaded today with Helium for any party tomorrow. Helium features seeped out within a long time. They are lying on floors. Plus, the confetti regularly at bottom of wogball, they do not stick to sides seeing that picture indicates. They a good thing is they are clear using a white hue and the confetti is a nice size along with visible.
