Inflated balloons with an air pump. The confetti doesn't stay with side of the balloons although sits on whatever aspect the balloons are slouching. One or two of them did appear randomly. They lasted five hours until we deflated them ourselves. They are fun to pop as the confetti floats everywhere.The balloons are pretty and look wonderful, but unfortunately, they only lasted about 8 hours. Usually helium balloons last for days, but these were on a lawn in less than 12 hours. I would bear that in mind if you order and would like your balloons to be floating for your party.Very happy with such balloons. The confetti currently comes inside each balloon. We brought them to Event City to have them higher with helium. They last a few hours and you are able to shake the balloon to reposition the confetti. A very exquisite look to them
