The actual balloons are very pretty but they only held helium for a few hours and the confetti completed at the bottom of the balloon, regardless how much I tried to scrub it to get static. Respectable for the price. If you want these people for a party, just make sure a person blow them up Prior to your event starts.There are no instructions. They are extremely tough to blow up and make them appear like the picture. Some turned out numerous did not. The ones that did end up looked beautiful! It was a better plan but I would not purchase them again -- excessive trouble for inconsistency within the product.I was disappointed since as soon as you blow the balloons up either with Helium or without the “confetti” throughout the balloon falls to the bottom of the balloon to where you can’t even see it. Idk what the point of these had been exactly. Sucks because the photos looked so cute.
