Often the balloons are very pretty nevertheless they only held helium for some hours and the confetti satisfied at the bottom of the balloon, regardless how much I tried to scrub it to get static. Quality for the price. If you want them for a party, just make sure anyone blow them up Prior to your event starts.There was no instructions. They are very hard to blow up and make them seem like the picture. Some turned out most did not. The ones that did end up looked beautiful! It was a good idea but I would not buy them again -- a lot of trouble for inconsistency inside the product.I was disappointed mainly because as soon as you blow the balloons up either with Helium or without the “confetti” inside the balloon falls to the bottom part of the balloon to to can’t even see it. Idk what the point of these were exactly. Sucks because the photos looked so cute.
