Here's the deal. Took these kind of balloons to a party store to have them filled with helium. Yes, the glitter basins to the bottom of the balloons, however if you rub the particular balloon with your sweater to make some static electricity, then a glitter will stick to the edges and it looks great. Drawback is these do not continue to be filled for long. With regards to 5 hours after stuffing, they were noticeably deflating. Inside of 7 hours they were and incapacitated.
