Inflated balloons with an air mattress pump. The confetti doesn't adhere to side of the balloons although sits on whatever area the balloons are slouching. One or two of them did appear randomly. They lasted 5 hours until we deflated them ourselves. They are exciting to pop as the confetti floats everywhere.The balloons are pretty and look wonderful, but unfortunately, they only lasted about 8 hours. Usually helium balloons are days, but these were on the floor in less than 12 hours. I would remember that if you order and would like your balloons to be hovering for your party.Very happy with these balloons. The confetti currently comes inside each balloon. We brought them to Celebration City to have them overpriced with helium. They keep working for a few hours and you are able to wring the balloon to align the confetti. A very stylish look to them
